At a mile high in Northern Arizona, Sedona is a garden of nature’s wonders, extraordinaire. Google just the name “Sedona”, and look for pictures of the area. Dual String Kites, What are they all about and who flies them....

Two string kites have several names, dual string, stunt kite, sport kite and trick kite. No matter the name, they are controllable 2 string kites that one can steer left, right, up, down, sideways or circles. The 2 string kites require some skill to fly. It’s not hard to learn, it just takes a little dedication and focus and it’s well worth it. I heard it said, once you fly 2 strings, you never fly a 1 string again. It’s challenging, accelerating and fun. Health too.

Best Kite and How Much? I know and I'm willing to tell....

In my professional capacity as Arizona’s best kite salesman of the year, I encounter stories of people not knowing what kite to buy. The first question I ask is 1 string kite or 2 string kite? A 1 string is for fun; a 2 string kite is a challenge and requires skill. 95 out of 100 kites I sell are 1 string kites. My next question is question is for who and what is it for. If it’s for kid, I recommend a Parafoil, they are indestructible, easy to fly and portable. If the kite is going on a wall for decoration, I suggest large, flat surface kite with room to print colorful images of every design imaginable. Expect prices for a good quality, nylon 1 string kite range from $20 to $60. You get what you pay for, but $30 buys a nice kite. My personal kite is the Parafoil 5 and it cost less $30. Unless you are really into it, you don’t need any more. Now 2 string kites are much more expense, for a descent 2 string expect to pay $40 to $100s and more. My personal 2 string retails at $70, so $50 to $80 range and 99% of us, including me, are happy. Visit my website "funstoreusa.com"

Great Kite for Canoe, I was pulled across a lake....

I was canoeing with friends in Southern Minnesota last summer and I brought along a Parafoil Kite. The portable kite that comes in a bag. So I got the thing flying without any trouble and we then tied the string to the bow of the canoe and it pulled us across this beautiful lake near Winona, Minn. Because the string and tail come with the kite, we had everything we needed. We really had fun that day. A great memory.

Kites for your Vacation, portable, fits in the suitcase and is easy to fly....

Take a kite with you on vacation, better yet, take a kite in a bag with you on vacation. The Parafoil kite is the solution. The kite doesn’t have any sticks, like a parachute, it folds into a small travel bag. Comes with 500’ of string and 12’ tail. Convenient, indestructible, easy to fly and everything you need in a small travel bag. Best Kite in the World. Visit my website "funstoreusa.com"

What's the Best Kite to Fly? I have the answer....

Speaking from the stand point of being the best kite salesman west of the Mississippi, I always get asked, what is the easiest kite to fly? My favorite is the Parafoil or the Delta kite. Both are easy to fly and very stable kites. They require little wind and won’t disappoint. The Parafoil kites is constructed without rods, its frame is made up of multiple air pockets that effectively catch the wind. Without the sticks, the Parafoil kites is like a parachute and is easily packet into a small travel bag, along with 500’ of string and a 12’ tail, all included. My other favorite is the Delta kite, named after the shape of the kite. Like a Delta wing airplane, the Delta looks like a triangle. Has lots of lift and offers a lifetime of fun.

Kites for Kids, Indestructable, Portable and Easy to Fly....

The Indestructible Kite, the Parafoil! It’s perfect for kids, nothing to break. The kite uses air pockets to catch the wind and act as the frame, so no sticks are needed. No sticks, nothing to break. Safe for kids. Visit my website "funstoreusa.com"

Trouble flying Kites, here's how......

If you have trouble flying a kite, it most likely is the kite flyer on the ground, not the kite in the air. Where to stand is really important. The wind is like a river of water, but instead of water currents, they are called wind tunnels. The go up, down, across, sideways and straight. You want the straight ones. Sometimes by observing the way trees or flags are blowing, one can determine the wind direction. If not, just walk around till you find the best spot. You won’t need to wonder, you will know when you are there. Check out my website "funstoreusa.com"
